      Since he's a reg I'd assume he'd 3bet you preflop if he had a strong Ace-hand, like AT+. Since he's just calling behind all the way, I'd put in a small value-bet on the river, between 1.50 and 2, and if he raises big I'd fold.
      I think you can get value from medium-high pocket pairs that made the flush and sets. There's many worse hands that can pay you off, and only one card to beat you:)

      Hello MisClick,

      If you are betting the turn then it means you doing it for value so bet also the river. :) Though rather should think of Checking the turn cause you don't really get called from a lot worse hands unless he is a loose villain.
