      preflop sizing is a bit too big.
      "standard" would be 10 cents (4bb+1 per limper), and even if he is limp/calling a lot your hand is not that strong to raise this much.

      on the flop, check behind with the intention of calling a turn bet.
      unless he's really bad you are not going to be called by a lot of worse hands on such a flop (specially with such a betsizing) so control the pot and give him the opportunity to bluff.

      as played, you should call his turn check/minraise.
      you are in position, getting fair odds for your flushdraw (0.46/2.49 - about 4.4:1 direct odds) and the draw is very disguised.
      also, since his line usually means a very strong hand (like twopair+) it is very likely that you can get his stack if you hit.
