BB 57/29 7 hands, called 2bets from blinds with o/s broadways

I should have raised the turn?

Fold preflop. U should steal with such hands vs players, who would fold after your raise. Both players are calling station, so u almost never win this spot on preflop.

On the BU I think steal is fine. I would make it 0.3 to have bigger fold equity. hands like K2 would mostly fold to 3x open, but very likely to call if you only min-raise and after they hit their K or 2 then they might easily call just you down, at least on K348T board.
Postflop I would prefer c-bet, since you don´t have that much fold equity and unless they have flushdraw or Ax I think they would mostly fold to 0.4$ bet.
Turn it should be must raise, since by checking back you don´t represent anything and therefor players would bet/call all their Ax hands and might even get all-in two pair or sets.
River valuebet is too big. Any Tx would beat you and mostly you want to get value from two pair hands. I would bet river 0.7$ and fold to raise

      best regards,
