      Anon table.

BTN was a reg, but no special reads.
I get into the same spot a couple of times recently, called preflop with AQ against regs, called down 3barrel on Qxx-x-x (big flop/turn barrels, halfpot riverbets), but I was not even one time good with my TPTK...
How should I approach this situation? I cant fold on the river, because I'm at the top of my range, and this could be exploitable, or all I beat is a bluff or maybe KQ sometimes, but halfpot riverbets are rarely bluffs?

As for the hand, rather 3bet/fold preflop?

      Hello pcfmcc02,

Preflop: Both options are considerable, either 3betting or Calling. Depends a lot on the opponent we are against and our skill level.
Postflop: Doubt that there is much to do vs his wide range, difficult to fold the river as well for the given odds whilst he might even value-bet sometimes weaker Qx hands as KQ.

I am curious to hear how you would be exploitable when you folding your TP on the river? :P

      Best Regards.

what's your guy's opinion on raising turn for value ?
as he has a lot of draws in his range which he is also betting the turn with.

What's the purpose of it? Mainly would rather isolate yourself vs strong range and never even know where you stand once get called or 3bet. Aka turning hand into bluff.

That Villain could triple barrel with his busted draws profitably. But on anonymous tables, against unknown players with no real history that's not really the case... :)
