Raise turn for value and for protection. U don't want to see 4th or pair on board.

The guy looks solid, would he go broke with a set there?

      Hello Imimba1,

If you are playing it way ahead/behind on the turn then rather just call also the river. Don't you think he is capable of having A LOT of better flushes in his range?

If you say he is solid and wont call you on the turn then why would he call you on the river with worse? :)

      Best Regards.

You are right Veriz, as usual :f_biggrin:
Would you ever consider folding your flush on the river by the way?
I mean, what is his range in your opinion. He doesnt look like a maniac, and a bet/bet/bet is a pretty narrow range here, imo 55 or made flush, but most likely made flush.

I wonder if folding the flop would be an option, so often we are against higher flushes + you are going to be raised on the flop some % of the times

As played I don't think you can ever fold the river, too often he's value betting some 2 pairs..(+ flushes of course but ur geting fine odds)

Well, that you have to ask yourself already on the flop what's the purpose of calling there? Though his line is way above strong hand while it's also just a freeplay pot, so might be considered of folding the river vs bigger bet if he assume he is also passive. But then rather do that on the flop whilst being multiway.

He had T :diamond: 7d :diamond: by the way. It isnt in my estimated range :f_cry:
I'd not expect someone with T7 even in a freeway pot, looks like I have to reevaluate :f_o:

It's a freeplay pot so no wonder that he wont really Bet a lot worse for value this way.

I'm sorry, but I still cant get over it:
Would you really fold this on the flop? We have position on the guy, easy to extract value from him if we hit.

Please tell me honestly, that it's not a mistake calling down. You are right, raising would be overplay on the river. But calling down with flush, c'mon

It's rather a mistake cause you practically holding just 6 high FD while being in a multiway pot, people could have easily much higher FD = aka reversed implied odds.
