Hello, I bet the turn for protection thinking the villain has a flush draw. Should I check/call or would b/f be a better line I'm really not sure.

      Hi seanspurs87

IMO b/f about 1/3-1/2 pot on the river for value. This is just based on villains AF (0.5 = passive) and WTSD (34 = Passive FR and likes to go to showdown).

The above indicates that villain is less likely to bluff or value bet worse hands in this spot. i.e he will most likely x/beh all weaker pairs and draws that missed just to get to showdown. Therefore we need to give him the opportunity to lose more money or make a mistake vs us by betting the river for value.

If we face a raise we can safely fold, knowing that we are likely beat, since villains passive stats indicate that he would rarely bluff or raise us with worse here.

If villain's AF was more like 3+ and WTSD was lower I would be more inclined to c/c since he can be bluffing his missed draws he way more. I would c/c up to about 1/2 pot.

      Hi muel294,

I agree with betting about half pot on the river to get value.

I deff think that this kind of player is going to call you with any Ax if you don't make it too big and probably with some weaker pairs as well.

Turn bet is deff for value for value against all kinds of flush draws and pair type hands.

      Best regards.
