      I´d bet/fold flop, since it is good board to contibet and if he doesn´t have A then it is very hard him to continue.

      He will probably call even if he has a pair of 3's on the flop...

      Yeah, that´s the beauty of the lower limits.
      Player would call you down with anything.
      But luckily most of the players are very passive, so you don´t have to worry that 3-s would bet on the turn or river.

      You need to raise more preflop, 4xBB, +1, +1 for position, so if not .60, then at least .50.

      As preflop aggressor, you need to bet this flop, as Kaitz says, without an Ace, it is very hard for your opponent to continue.

      If he raises, you are done, if he calls, poceed with caution, playing c/f.

      This river, if you are still in, bet/fold.
