Preflop: I decided to 3b as a preflop semi-bluff since:
      1) I am in the SB and if I flat I might face a MWP OOP w/o initiative
      2) Villain has an ATS of 31%, therefore he will be stealing frequently and I think my 3b will take the pot down preflop a good percentage of the time.

Flop: I chose to b/f here since my c-bet is essentially a bluff vs a raise. I only really expect to get called here by weaker PP's, A-hi that might decide to float or AX  FD's

Given villain's AF and the only real draws in a 3b pot being AX  FD's could I consider x/c'ing the F here?

      Hello muel294,

As long it's also a 3bet pot then your play should be possible to pick, just with few stats can't really say much either the guy is loose or able to bluff in those spots. Though even if he bluffs then has still some semi-bluff.

Rather ask yourself how many hands are willing to pay you on the flop?

      Best Regards.
