Preflop: Don't feel like I can raise for value or have too much FE* postflop vs UTG especially.

Flop / Turn: Plan was just to b/f for value/prot vs weaker pairs and draws

River: I thought UTG either has KX, QX which he is probably not willing to fold or a missed draw. Given UTG's stats (particularly AF) I think he rarely x/beh with made hands, therefore I also want to give him the opportunity to bluff his missed draws which he will do some of the time he is checked to. If I bet he never gets this opportunity.

I decided to 4x his river bet so as not to get too many folds. But in hindsight I think he is either folding to any raise or never folding to any raise so should I just shove it in here and hope he calls with QX or J9?
