      Hello Farmarchist,

      I'd just take initiative back on me whilst he seems to be also opening a lot of hands, we can easily do that even for value and then reevaluate the further actions. No need to do it even higher than $1,50 which is enough vs his stack.

      If we 3bet vs his stack, should we not consider going broke with this hand?

      He openraises a lot and might go broke there with a wide range. At least I've received a similar advice from you regarding playing vs loosely openraising midstacks before. Though then we were not talking about a UTG range + he has folded to all the previous 3bets so far.

      As you see he is pretty much a maniac then yep, I'd be planning to do that most likely.
