on flop i check oop with middle pairs

on turn ,i always check and i am ready to call only one street's bet from villain .and villain bet pot size ,but turn card is a blank ,so i think he at most Hhave a flush draw, most of time he is bluffing me,so i calls his turn potsize bet.

on river,i hit set,now i think i should bet 1/3 pot for value and shouldn't check oop and missing so much value

      is my thought ok??

I'm not sure if I would often call the turn here.

However, as played, I also check the river most of the time. With the flush hitting and him being on a rather weak range, we have a lot of fold equity if we bet and will probably only be called by flushes and 22.

However, if we check, he might decide to continue with all of his bluffs (complete air) and semi-bluffs (small pair + FD on turn). He might even decide to value bet a Q one more time.

I would thus check/call the river, unless it's a huge overbet.

      Hello wangwei520,

Fold the turn rather than Call cause he can easily have better pairs there. If he wanted to bluff then he most likely would have done it on the flop.

      Best Regards.
