BB bets $0.63, Hero calls $0.63

Not sure how this went I was tilting a tiny bit I think, and I really think I missed out on value here.
On the river I should bet my self?
However I took the safe way of not being dominated, but this guy is a fish and I should be ahead most of the times here?
Am I getting it in on the river or potsize or was this ok?

      Hello Resilence,

Bet the flop yourself whilst you even have fold equity + you are IP. :) Though otherwise might take also passive approach whilst Tx hands are possible in his range + his Bet size looks towards stronger hand.

      Best Regards.
