Should you ever value bet Ace high?

If you're up against a super loose fish with 90+ VPIP who plays their cards face up (big bets with top pair, small bets with middle pair, check with bottom pair or nothing etc.) and never folds to continuation bets no matter how ridiculous their hand is (like backdoor draws are all they have) should you then be value betting ace high against them when they most likely have nothing?

Because they are playing so loose, the relative hand strength of Ace high is actually pretty decent compared to their range. Or is it just not a good idea?
