      Against such a nit I would consider the option of flatting the 3bet and playing passively with KK (you will be surprised to see AK and AQ sometimes and they may barrel postflop) as opposed to 4betting and possibly isolating yourself against AA

      i know it's only 32 hands, but his PFR is 6 screaming nit.

      the best you could hope for when getting it in is to be against this range:
      QQ+, AK

      but given the fact that you have 2 K, it more unlikely for him to have a K, there are less combinations etc

      so, in fact most of the time you will be in the best scenario against QQ, in the worst against AA. if we average these out, you are flipping. So actually losing because of the rake

      Seems like a ZOOM nit which is even more nitty player than normal table nit. :D So I'd also prefer to flat the 3bet and reevaluate it postflop, we are getting pretty good odds.
