      villain playing 29/27/19.4 3b
      50% fold to 3b, 50% 4b over 6 hands
couple hands before i squeeze KK in bb vs villain utg open, co/btn call, villain 4b jammed 99

i feel like this hand is pretty standard, and plays itself, but im not sure if QQ/JJ call turn, and I cannot check turn and give 1 heart a free showdown...

With your history I would also 5bet KK pre-flop. Against some nittier player I would likely just call since he would not really call 5-bet worse hands than KK.
Postflop I would likely either take next line:
      - c/rai flop or if he bets really small then c/r to 15$ and shove any turn
      - bet flop and on that turn card c/rai turn.
If you shove then he would likely not call too many worse hands and if you check then he would likely shove all his floats. Also on that dry quite dry board c-bet seems to be a little big- I would prefer making it 8$ that would likely get more floats or lighter shoves

      best regards,
