PKR, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

      SB: $10.57 (105.7 bb)
      BB: $10 (100 bb)
      MP: $7.67 (76.7 bb)
      CO: $10 (100 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $10.55 (105.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 5 5
MP calls $0.10, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.45, SB raises to $1.55, 2 folds, Hero raises to $10.55, SB calls $9

      Flop: ($21.30) J 8 Q (2 players)
      Turn: ($21.30) T (2 players)
      River: ($21.30) 3 (2 players)

      Villain - VPIP/PFR/AF/3b/F4b/Hands
He is reasonable applying necessary aggression when needed by 3betting and exploiting me at times. His 3bet doesn't necessarily mean strength in this case since he sees that I am isolating limpers light. I go for the shove to try to win the hand right here and I would regard it as a success if he folds a hand such as AT,AJ,AQ,KQ,KJ which I believe are in his range. Your thoughts?

Do you have an existing 4betting dynamic with villain?
Any info on how he reacts when 4bet or is this first time?

His 3bet% is easily high enough to make a 4bet bluffing range +EV but I would prefer to 4bet/fold (though the growing pot makes it appear harder to fold to 5bet as you need less EQ)

IMO 4bet shuving also looks weaker than 4betting to around 4$ (though you set yourself up nicely to 4bet shuv for value vs this guy in future.)

All in all I think it pretty marginal and that there are better spots (eg 4bet bluffing w blockers.)
Sorry this is a vague responce.

      More importantly, however, move table.
Why sit with LAG to left and get into 3bet/4bet wars with high varience.
Must be better tables out there.

I think it's spewy. Rather expand your 4bet/broke range to AQ+/TT+ than spewing off a stack as a bluff.

If you are going to 4bet as a bluff, make it 4bet/fold with blockers like Ax and broadways.

      Hello jozata,

Especially taken into account his 3bet size is also kinda higher side I'd tempted to just fold the hand and wait for reasonable hand to do. Don't see any point to 4bet/Fold it either while you would be investing too much money into the pot then rather do it 4bet for value.

      Best Regards.
