      I might be answering my own question here but i was wondering about 3 betting. Obviously yu can 3bet as a bluff or 3bet for value.

      Poker Stars $16.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players - View hand 1943577
      DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

      BTN: $25.37 - VPIP: 14, PFR: 10, 3B: 5, AF: 3.0, Hands: 290
      SB: $19.22 - VPIP: 22, PFR: 20, 3B: 0, AF: Infinity, Hands: 46
      Hero (BB): $6.51 - VPIP: 14, PFR: 13, 3B: 8, AF: 4.9, Hands: 14374
      UTG: $6.95 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 10, 3B: 0, AF: 0.5, Hands: 29
      CO: $16.92 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 18, 3B: 6, AF: Infinity, Hands: 49

      Pre Flop: ($0.24) Hero is BB with 5 :spade: 5 :club:
      2 folds, BTN raises to $0.48, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.60, 1 fold

      Here villain has a fold to 3bet of 100% on 2 occasions which obviously means hes yet to 4bet. So im 3betting for the FEQ here, however against the range which i assume he may 4bet shove against my stack i have 36%.

             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    36.40%  36.17%   0.23% { 5h5s }
      MP3    63.60%  63.36%   0.23% { 99+, AJs+, AQo+ }

      Do you think this is a fair range as hes only been 3bet twice so this is a fair range BTN vs. blinds, if im getting the odds can i then call his 4bet and turn my hand into a value hand? does my bluff 3bet then become a 3bet for value?

      Alex :)

      I'm sorry but I don't understand your statement. Have you 3bet him twice out of his two steals and he has folded? So now are you expecting him to 4bet against you?

      If so, if you decide to 3bet this I think you have to go broke. Imo there isn't something like turning bluff into value. If you expect him to go on tilt and ship looser then it's for value.

      By my statement john i meant that he has a fold to 3bet of 100% but hes only been 3bet twice and i see your point thats why im not sure, i know hes folding loads so i 3bet for the FEQ, but then if he does 4bet and i put him on a sane range, sometimes even i can call with my bluff 3bet

      Personally I don't like 3betting these low pockets for pure foldequity and going broke with them isn't standart for me. I would rather choose an Ax or KQ, QJ type of hand to have some blockers. Anyway, 14/10 is pretty tight for SH so I wouldn't aim to bluff 3bet this guy at all (if he doesn't steal a lot ofc).

      #2

      and 14/13 is also very very tight. I think it is too tight for SH.
