Hello, preflop is it ok to cold call here on the BB. In general is ok to call other suited connectors here aswell? On the flop I think check/call is my best option. Maybe check/raise? On the turn is it still ok to check/call? Villains bet size is quite big. I'm not sure what weaker hands would 2nd barrell here so maybe check/fold is better. On the river I decide to give up the hand.

      Thanks

wouldnt call QJs here vs utg+2 open as we are dominated so often.

as played there is no reason to xr flop, as there arent many worse hands that call, and pretty much only better hands than yours continue vs the xr.

turn card is great for villain's perceived range, i would probably xf turn.

definitely xf turn as the 2 is the worst card to continue bluffing, as any hand you called turn with will most likely call his river bet too as the card does not change the board really

Hey, thanks for the advice. I agree about the turn, I think I should fold here, but preflop I'm not sure, I like playing with suited connector types in a multiway pot (maybe I shouldn't as I'm out of position), but I shouldn't overplay it because as you said it is easily dominated.

prflop is fine. SB is v likely to be a fish given stack sizes, we're 120bb deep vs utg + we have relative position i.e when checked to pf raiser we get to see if he cbets or not + SB's actions.

      Hello seanspurs87,

Preflop is still fine for the given odds, though I don't like the factor of you playing the hand like a station. :( Rather fold it on the turn.

      Best Regards.

So am I better off donking or check-raising here on the flop?

      Thanks

why would you do that?? its not because we cant c/c a second bet vs his turn range that we have to opt for a different line otf. flop and turn frequencies can be very independent.
nut worst line is to donk. very next one is to c/r.

the whole point in today's games is to let them cbet the air part of their range. utg is - rightfully - cbetting sth like 80%+ of his range on this flop. so let him do that, keep his range as wide/weak as you can and dont isolate yourself vs the top of his range.
