      The minraise on the turn is a worry, but given the stack size of villain, you can never fold anyway. I would just shove here, in case it is the FD he is now playing. You could already be beaten by 2 pair hands, or KT, or T8, but whatever.

      My move would initially be a preflop raise, AQs is a very nice hand, and with two limpers and an OOP poster, you could raise this to 1.6 or so. Maybe take the hand down straight away, but take the initiative post flop anyway.

      With the dead money in the pot, you want to be very aggressive in this spot with a nice hand like this.

      AQs has good equity against opponent limping ranges. I´d raise pf for value and fold equity. Turn I´d shove, since opponent is middlestack and he´d call with worse hands.
