      that case you always see showdown and let him bluff or valuebet worse hands. I would have bet all 3 streets myself to get value Ax hands

      Why is that bad? I mean, he doesnt look like a bad player, he could fold weak Ax hands to a 2ndbarrel.

      On the river I should have check.raised I think for value.

      My point is, that he's agressive, couldnt we exploit that by letting him bluff with weaker hands then Ax?

      I don´t think it is bad line at all- just unusual. You just might not get maximum value out of Ax hands that might easily check back river, although very likely if he is floating you on the flop, he would bet if you check to him.
      I agree that small c/r against that bet would be better than just c/c
