SB posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has 7:club: 7:heart:

UTG calls $0.02, fold, Hero raises to $0.10, fold, SB calls $0.09, fold, UTG calls $0.08

      Flop: ($0.32, 3 players) 4:club: 4:spade: T:diamond:
SB checks, UTG bets $0.10, Hero?

PF: Attempt to isolate as players behind me are quite tight.

PF: Well I guess I could fold here but I feel like it is too weak vs. his play. I could call and try and see a cheap show-down but I'm only really beating overcards or a smaller pair, don't really want to give that range another two cards. I could raise since opponent seems weak but he is short-stack so can I expect him to be donk/folding often enough to justify a raise?
