      flat flop, you rep super narrow when you raise flop, and villain may even be inclined to fold AQ/AK type hands.
      also, by just calling we allow villain to barrel Ax hands and bluffs.
      call flop, call turn, call or jam river yourself

      Postflop: Rather just call the flop and let him continue with weaker hands. :) We don't want him to fold weak Ax hands.
