I kind of think that you should. When BB shoves I think he has AA really often. UTG's timing is also important, like if he snap calls you should 100% fold here. I actually expect a more passive player to flat QQ in BB's shoes.

If BB is a spazz fish or he is from East Europe or Scandanavia you should snap (cos UTG snaps here with AK and QQ).

What's the 3bet of BB, cause you said passive but does he 3bet? Or 1.1%?

I think UTG has AA here if that guy in the BB is so passive. Tough fold though.

      Hello dzikson999,

With just knowing that one is a reg and other guy is a fish it's hard to estimate their ranges. :) Do you ever consider knowing what they are going broke here if you would know yourself that information? For example I wouldn't.

Therefore tell also about those factors which would rate here either to go broke or not. What kind of reg, what kind of fish. Some reg may even call with just AK here or JJ/QQ as well cause they want money from fish. Especially if you also were 3bet happy.

Some fish doesn't shove with very loose range but instead just call and play postflop. :) So without any reads I don't see myself folding here. How are we able to put UTG only on AA here nor of course as you said calling station, you can't really do that.

      Best Regards.
