Hello, I'm not sure I played this hand too great. Preflop with a seemingly solid player on the BTN maybe it was a bit lose to open with 98s. Anyways on the flop my line bet/fold and the same on the turn, got the backdoor FD as well. I really don't like my bet size here though it smells of a bluff, I think about $0.50-0.60 would have been better. Anyways I think I'm probably beaten here but it's quite tempting to call. Should I maybe make a block bet here?

I would not bet river for value, since you likely only get called by better hands- also I think mixing it up and c/c turn and c/c river should be fine, since you should get floated quite often sometimes Ax hands, lower pp-s, 76s, 97s and so on.

On the river I think you´re good enough to c/c- I would most of the times expect him to have either AJ+ or some kind of missed draw

      best regards,
