Hand recorder for this hand: PokerStrategy.com SideKick 1.0.51016.3

Preflop: Hero is SB with K:spade: , J:diamond:
Hero posts small blind ($0.10), BB posts big blind ($0.25), MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO calls, BU calls, Hero raises for $1.90, BB folds, MP2 3-bets $3.50, 2 folds, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled back ($1.75)

I raise into all the dead money and get minraised by a short stack.

Is the fold correct? I don't have any equity to fold against him later so I consider it the same as if he just shoved all in, which is a normal 3bet and thus a fold.

      Hi,

Unless you would put him on aces or kings, you should shove. You have put in 38% of his stack+ there are enough dead money that you can even get all-in profitable against AK. Most likely he would show you some pp, or some Axs hands, also sometimes random hands, that KJ might be ahead.

      best regards,
