Preflop: Call for set value really. Not sure whether 77 as an OP would give me the best hand vs such an opp postflop.

Flop: I have an OESD but I think I should discount some outs because it is possible that any heart will not give me the best hand or not get me paid and therefore this also reduces my implied odds for hitting my straight.

I think I should give myself 6 clean outs for an OESD. I am also discounting my 2 set outs as they might improve my opp to a straight, so I would not consider these clean outs. This means I would need something like 7:1 pot odds to make calling profitable here. In addition, due to the board texture I don't think I have good implieds as well. Therefore I think I should just fold the F here.
