Limp suited connectors only with 3+limpers.
As played, you have made hand on flop, what ofcourse it's all in.

      Fold preflop, not enough limpers.
And you're folding trips on the flop on NL10??

I could only dream of going all-in so easily on such a flop.
Extremely easy push on the flop.

That's a form of tilt, but you already figured that out I think ;)
You better take a break and do something else now.

These things happen to everyone and you realise that you were doing something wrong and you also know why.
      Those are important steps.

The only you thing you need to do is to try and recognize this before you play hands like these, will save you lots of $$$ on the long run. ;)

      Good luck!

      hmmmm long run
i guess that i'm on a major tilt but i know the reason also
      in the last 4 or 5 days i lost 60$ (my account was 70 :D )
not because of bad play even (i think)
i've been beaten mostly on the turn or on the river after all in
      i've been beaten by 7 3;10 4; J 7 and many other ridiculous combinations
i'm busting out soon and I guess its really up to luck most of the times
or probably i did something wrong - i believe that is that reason
anyway good luck to all of you
      and have fun ;)

Post some more hands, only then we can find out what's going wrong.
There are just a few problems I can think of that might be the reason for this:
      - Too many tables
      - Tilt
      - Playing loose
      - Making mistakes regarding the strategy

I had almost the same as you.
I started with $50 and managed to reach $96. I was so happy that I was close to reaching the $100 border.
Then suddenly I dropped to $28 again. So I know how you feel ;)

My advise is to just stop playing for a day or two, (re-)read some articles, watch some SSS vids or just visit a coaching.
It will give you a fresh start with some extra knowledge. You'll feel more confindent after that again and hopefully it will all work out a bit better.

      Good luck with it!

      That is just sick...
This is just bad luck and you know that ;)

I'll just stick to the advise in my previous post.
It always worked good for me.

      Edit: lol @ 32o :D

      Hello NRGBlaze,

never fold trips on the flop. It's a bet pot / push. Also, I don't recomment playing suited connectors if you have no experience with them!

Try stick to the basic SSS while at NL10.
