Villain 14/11 from 243 hands and folded to 2 from 3 cbets

Villain seems quite tight, but competent.

I don't really like how I've played this. In position I would always check behind on the turn and hope to get to showdown, but OOP I expect he could float with PPs as well as FDs. I think if I check, he's very often going to bet so opted for a bet/fold turn, check/fold river line. Better to just give up on the turn?

What if the turn was Q :spade: and what if it were Q :diamond: bringing another draw?

i like your line. turn bet is just a bluff but 14/11's players generally take off on the flop with their sets. so his range should be capped to Tx. he has 0 Qx. sooometimes QTs. and given how tight he is he doesnt have many flushes on this board AKcc, AJcc, A5cc-A2cc sometimes, KJcc, 98cc - so good luck him calling three times.

      Hello cufc37,

Should still Bet it bigger on the flop, though otherwise not much to comment.

      Best Regards.
