      Nice hand, everybody wants to be preflop all-in with KK.
      The fact he's holding an Ace just happens sometimes. You won't win every hand with SSS, but you'll win most of the cases that this occurs.

      So if they go all-in with Ax against your KK, of course you'll lose sometimes, but you'll win more often than you lose!

      The third hand with similar situation - only the $2.4 stack, but push is the only option since the $0.5 raise before you - after raising $1.5 there's nothing left for you.
