      Hello BigAl123456,

      Doesn't make sense to CB once and done, cause clearly he could even be floating with weaker PPs on the flop. Especially as he is passive turn your hand into bluff-catcher on the flop and let him bet with weaker PPs and reevaluate the turn, he ain't bluffing there.
