Should i have given up on the turn? i figured that i picked up some equity with the gutshot plus i still have the flush draw i may be able to get him off some jack type hands or second pair pocket type hands thus deciding in favour of a second barrell

i would pick a better hand to iso with. villain can easily limp call QT/QJ/KT hands that dominate us.

as played i would most likely just give up flop. villain is never folding Jx/pair + fd/good diamonds on flop and on most turns. id rather just wait for a better spot to stack presumed fish

      Hello legand73,

No point to 2nd barrel the turn cause you ain't going to have that much fold equity and nor even the GS doesn't give you much extra equity.

      Best Regards.
