      Preflop: 4bet size is kinda of too small vs those min-raises.
      Postflop: Not the best board for you. Clearly can even consider folding the hand and most likely CB less and Bet/Fold it.

      Is the reason Folding the Flop is a good idea is because the PFA Cold Called a 4Bet PF, I think that is right I was would of most likely folded PF if I paid more attetion to the action?

      It's not really a 4bet as you see yourself, your size is really like a 3bet and they are getting super-good odds.
