IPoker, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BB: $6.41 (128.2 bb)
      UTG: $2.15 (43 bb)
      MP: $3.69 (73.8 bb)
      CO: $0 (0 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $12.34 (246.8 bb)
      SB: $1.67 (33.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K K
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.45, 2 folds, CO calls $0.30

      Flop: ($0.97) 6 Q 6 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $0.75, CO calls $0.75

      Turn: ($2.47) 4 (2 players)
      CO checks, Hero checks

      River: ($2.47) Q (2 players)
      CO bets $10.32, Hero folds

      The questions:
Good fold, or did he just take advantage of a scare card.?
There is so much here that beats me, and this is more than 2 stacks I've got to call here.

Should I have bet the river?

i would fold river, don't think villain is bluffing often enough/at all with this sizing and the odds we get are brutal.

i would most likely bet/fold turn as a standard and try to get value from Qx hands and random pocket pairs

It's a 3-bet pot so you should definitely fire that second barrel on turn. He's not having many FD combos there, so he's not finished yet. He might have hands like A :diamond: Qx that call you off turn. On river we would check-back if we played like this.

As played, not much to do on river, he's jamming slowplayed FD's and Q, not anything else. Nice fold.

      Hello VorpalF2F,

Preflop: Depends on his stack, though if we are deep we might 3bet bigger here.
Postflop: Could easily go for 2nd barrel to get value from Qx. :) And mainly also avoid huge bets on the river which will be difficult to Call. Though of course we ain't calling the river, easy fold, he has Qx there.

      Best Regards.
