Villain is 96/45/80 so I figure AKs is ahead of most of what he'd call my 3bet with, bad move to put him all in???

Bad move to put him AI, because he's calling you off pre with wide range and anything on the board hits him.

Against his stack you can 3bet it smaller pre and cbet a bit less than 1/2 of pot. Now when you overpot it opponent calls you with hits and you put yourself into a bad situation.

      Hello metza,

Just Check/Fold the flop cause clearly hits even his calling range, even if he is a fish very often has some piece of this board, you rather not.

      Best Regards.
