      I personally wouldn't raise this pre OOP with villain being passive. You'll get called on a lot more flops and not have any idea where you are in the hand as you often look at a flop of 3 overs.

      I'd also just c/f this flop.

      Preflop: Skip those low PPs isolating for value, they are too weak and vulnerable.

      Postflop: Check/Fold it, not much to do.
