Again reviewing old hands, villain is loose 62/23 with AF 2.4

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5, 5.
      2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.04, 5 folds, Hero calls $0.02.

      Flop: ($0.09) 9, 8, T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $0.02, Hero folds, MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.09.

Usually I just dont play these hands if I dont hit a set on the flop, but giving his min raise and his wide opening range, would a call or raise be a correct play here even though its all overcards and drawy board

      thanks
