      pretty tough to get called down on river, i would most likely check back but if i have to bet, bet closer to 1/3 pot tp target 9x hands i guess

      Preflop: I'd just 4bet it and get it in if I also assume he is 3betting loose as you pointed out.

      Postflop: How many worse hands do you see paying you on the river? Rather Check it behind and take a look what's his 3betting range.
