      i would just bet/bet/bet.

      as played i would consider check/raising smaller, maybe to around $8 to allow potentially dominated hands like KQhh/lower fds to 3bet jam.

      also, by check/jamming i think you pretty much iso yourself mostly vs sets

      Preflop: 3bet size being OOP!
      Postflop: Rather just Bet yourself than Check/Shove, you don't achieve much with it. Can easily double-barrel here and see even the cards which come + should gain the same fold equity.
