Prima, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

      MP: $122.02 (244 bb)
      CO: $66.86 (133.7 bb)
      BTN: $77.51 (155 bb)
      SB: $98.75 (197.5 bb)
      Hero (BB): $71.63 (143.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K Q
2 folds, BTN raises to $1.50, SB folds, Hero calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) K T 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50

      Turn: ($6.25) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $4, BTN raises to $12, Hero ???

      Anon table.

BTN is mostly unknown, played 30/20 after 10 hands.

Preflop I didnt want to 3bet him, cause I dont know anything about his stealing/3betcalling/4betting tendencies at all.

Turn? Lots of bad rivercards, so I donked out for value (vs AK/KJ/worse twopairs) and protection. This raise is really bad though, cause I dont know if he is able to raise worse hands / bluffs in this spot, or just raises sets/straights.

Now I think as I dont have info on him, it'd have been better to ch/call turn as well, but as played, is it OK to call, and calldown? Or just choose the safe play, and fold?

I like the flat as KQ plays very good postflop, and it's the ultimate scarecard , vs this turn range KK+,TT,88,AKs,AJs,KQs,KTs,J9s,AKo,AJo,KQo,KTo you got 41.30% EQ and this range only concist of value hands. I am unsure about what outs you need to justify a call tho, I think it's a pretty close spot.

      Hello pcfmcc02,

Doubt that he is raising many weaker 2pairs, he would turn them into bluff then cause clearly not many worse hands pay us. Whilst it's gonna be a pretty huge pot by the river and we might have to pay too much I'd rather just Bet/Fold it instead of calling down.

      Best Regards.
