cant log in!!

      Can anybody help? I have tried to log in to unibet this morning but I am getting a message saying that i have multiple clients running and need to close one, only problem is I am not lol.

      Have restarted my computer a few times but still getting the same thing pop up. Anyone else similar probs today?

      Unibet seems to be down atm, I suggest waiting a little bit or email them quick.

      Hi,

      Well I'm trying to solve this problem and support isn't aswering me and in PT forum no one knows.

      I made a deposit on Unibet hoping to play there download software and problems started. Couldn't execute program.

      Shut down anti virus and firewall and then I could install software.

      Then I started the software, made login and wanted to change language to english (it was on portuguese) so HM could work. Mistake.

      Software made an error and log me out.

      tried to enter and same error.

      Re-instal software and didnt work, I can't log in..

      Nothing...

      Still waiting feedback from support but I believe they don't work on weekend. Run anti virus malaware (fixed all) java, flash, did everything that on unibet page says, and I can't enter the software..

      Is my computer too good for this software? :D

      Just tested my Unibet account and it's working fine for me.

      The only thing I would suggest is a re-install, but it seems you've done this already.

      It's a very odd one indeed, hopefully support will be able to resolve it.

      No..

      Support helped me in a way that's impossible.. I'm going to translate what they told me:

      Go to Control Panel
      Add or remove programs
      Select poker room and chose "Remove / Change"
      this procedure will open Wise Installation Wizard where you can choose:
      - Automatic
      - Costum
      - Repair

      Chose repair

      Well I did all of this and I got uninstall only..
