      Ok , I just hope you are not kidding.
      Betting on the flop is obligatory, you may make it 1/2 pot as flop is not drawy, but on this micro limit you can make it full pot and you will almost always get called anyway...

      Checking on that flop is fine, if you believe that BU doesn´t have anything, but betting mostly is better, since you would also contibet with AK.
      If you check then you can c/c flop, c/c turn and probably bet river.
      Hard to get 3 streets value here with low pp, so if you check they might pay you out with two streets.
