      FLOP
When such a passive villain leads, he`s most likely got Ax. I think he would X/R with a set. Should I raise the flop and re-take the initiative?

      TURN
As played, my plan is to call him down. There are a few worse Ax in his range.

      RIVER
I`m raising here to get value from AJ, AT, A9, A7. Of course I would fold to his 3bet.

      Hello,

Can't complain about your line. If he's passive, he has A there (or set even), so raising would Isolate yourself only against better hands. Now you let him to overplay his AJ hand and got max value.

Not sure about the raise on river, though. If you are totally sure that he c/r sets then it's fine.

Even if he has sets on the river, he still got more combos of AJ, AT, A9, A7 hands, that he would call a raise.

      Hello dienaszaglis,

Could as well raise flop vs such a small donk, though your play is also fine. I'd still raise the river a bit bigger to get value from Ax/2pair Ax.

      Best Regards.
