Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with Q :diamond: Q
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.15, 1 fold, Hero?
I dont want to waste my hand's strength and 3bet it, villain is going to fold most likely, I could do this with any 2 card. I need to get more value, and villain looks aggressive if he's the PFA, so I'd incline to call him down on ANY board. (After you are finished, check spoiler )
      Hero calls $0.10

      Flop: ($0.32) 6 :spade: K  A :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

      Turn: ($0.72) 5 :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.45, Hero calls $0.45

      River: ($1.62) 9 :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.30, Hero calls $1.30

      Final Pot: $4.22
Hero mucks Q :diamond: Q
BTN shows 7 :spade: T :spade: I'd book this as simply bad luck. I was huge favorit till river, so letting him barrel was a good choice imo. If it would have been an another card, I'd have won a 4$ pot compared to a 0.3$ pot if I 3bet preflop, we must not be result-oriented.
      BTN wins $4.04
      (Rake: $0.18)

You have to 3-bet this one. You make profit in the long run by taking home even these small bets, if he fold to 3-bet often. You are always going to meet a tough spot on the flop if there is A or K, and you don't have any idea of his range there. By 3-betting you narrow his range and you are more aware of what are you playing against.

Now when you didn't 3-bet, you don't know if he has AK, A2, small pp or pure air there. Hard to play that way, especially OOP.

Well, I believe you may be results oriented.

There's a lot of Ax and Kx hands that villain can bet this way that have you crushed. Sure he can bluff/semi-bluff like he did here.

BB vs BTN I still feel that villain will call your 3-bets often enough and may even 4-bet bluff so I'd go for a 3-bet pre.
