The preflop call could be considered a bit light.

Flop is fine, although we could bet bigger.

Turn is fine and on river I'd continue the valuebet, 1/2 pot or so.

Villain usually has a weak Ax hand and possibly a Tx hand. All of these stay unchanged.

Should there be any reason for us to anything other than bet/fold the river?

      villain's range is set only?
It's hard to imagine that he has a 8 on the river after flop and turn.

Why would we care if he has an 8? Wouldn't change a thing.

His range would most likely be sets and bluffs, but what bluffs? So if I can't find hands he could raise as a bluff or for thin value it becomes a fold.

He opens more thasn 30% from UTG, what should we do preflop? This hand is way too strong to fold I think.

I agree, that FTR is betbetbet.

6/19 hands isn't a lot. The sample is skewed. He could have easily had a string of luck for decent hands.

IF he indeed was this loose it depends what you expect him to do postflop but we can either 3-bet bluff preflop or just call and play postflop. IF we call I'd like to know more about him because when we flop an A or T we need to have a plan of how much money we put in the pot (and how).
