net+ virtual card

      Hey all.

      I used my net+ virtual card for the first time last night for a bit of online shopping. So far the money hasn't been taken out of my account and I got an email saying the payment had failed and to contact them.

      like I said it was my first time using it so I generated a number, used it to pay for the goods and once it said transaction complete I returned to my neteller tab which was still open and hit clear number.

      do you think i may have cleared the number too early? Was i meant to leave it there for a few days?

      Sorry if this is a silly question. I've emailed neteller support last night but am still awaiting a reply.
