Hey on the flop I raised more because I knew that some fishes called with maginal hands. On the flop I thought I just want to Cbet small to generate fold equity and fold with the big stack... on the turn in reality I did not realize that he was short stack and maybe he would have folded but anyway...On the river (with pot equity) I called just to see what he was holding...

Preflop is fine if you can expect to get called.

On flop I would just bet enough to put UTG+1 all in. If MP2 shoves or does anything crazy then we have a decision on our hands.

Unfortunately UTG+1 will have a lot of pairs and Ax hands in his range. Calling river is not the worse because we get such good odds so it's enough for him to have a worse hand 1/6 of the time.
