      Considering his bet sizing I don't think his hands are very strong.

      We can turn our hand into a bluff on the turn to put pressure on weak Qx hands (and possibly even get value from draws that he would call).

      We can also consider bluffing the river with a small raise of $2 or so (raise/fold) although at these limits I wouldn't look at bluffing too much.
