Villain: openlimping fishy guy that seems to be calling light postflop

I am not sure I like the 3Bet because I obviously can't do it as a bluff + doing it for value seems almost like as if a bit overplayed even vs a minraise.
Why not call preflop for the great odds afterall?

      Anyway, as played:

Seems like a similar spot to the one we discussed very recently:
      NL25: AT 3Bet OOP

Though a bit different: we are up against a very fishy guy that likely has called our 3Bet with a relatively wide range. This guy has also shown calling-station like tendencies.

Thus, is it actually not a bad spot for cBetting flop + betting blank turns? I can expect to get called down somewhat lighter than usual by him. He may call with weaker pairs, even small PPs at least 1 street, if not 2. The same goes for all sort of draws, maybe even gutshots.

The alternative may be check/calling the flop. Though he does seem a bit on the more passive side, so not sure if it can work out all that well.
