Villain is loose passive and had been limping regularly. Can I call here or is it raise/fold?

Once he shoves I dont think I can fold. When I was playing the hand I was prepared to call his shove but there is very little of his range I am ahead of

      Hello 0744379,

Raise/Folding doesn't make sense. If we raise then we doing it for value which means we calling him off. But the question if mainly how often he is raising in those spots, according to that we base our line, might Call, might Raise, might even fold at some point if we assume his raising range is very nitty.

      Best Regards.
