      Preflop: We should raise to isolate larger. Only 2.5 BB after a limper gives very good odds for many players to join the pot and we should also raise bigger to get more value from the limper.

      Once we get min-3bet calling to play IP versus two fish is fine. I wouldn't stack off or 4-bet preflop.

      Postflop you should look at making your reraise bigger than a min raise as you, again, are giving them good odds to chase their draws (and you want to maximize value versus draws and 1p/2p hands that may get scared on later cards). I would make it at least $1 if not more.
